Community College 2-Year Planning Guide

Students transferring from community colleges find a seamless transition to SFA with the use of these 2-Year Planning Guides.

The 2-Year Planning Guides are now available using Texas Common Course Numbers and can be used by all colleges that have TCCN equivalents.
