I certify that I am the owner or have obtained permission from the owner of the service
site concerning the above requested improvement. This is my only service request, and I
understand all service requests must be approved by The BIG Event staff. I also understand
that I am being asked to provide as many materials as I can, and will notify The BIG Event
team of materials that I cannot provide prior to the event.

Volunteers for The BIG Event nor The BIG Event program shall not be liable for any
failure of or delay in the service of this Agreement for the period that such failure or
delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe
weather, acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any
other force majeure event. The BIG Event Committee will do everything possible to
communicate with Nacogdoches residents in the event of force majeure.
